HOW TO USE

Apply 4.3 Glow Oil (or 4.2 Intensive Balm for very dry areas) to clean skin for slip. Hold the tool at a low angle and glide in slow strokes using light-to-medium pressure:

- Legs: stroke upward from ankle to knee, then knee to hip
- Arms: stroke upward from wrist to shoulder
- Stomach: gentle outward strokes (avoid deep pressure)
- Décolletage: outward toward shoulders

Use 3–5 minutes per area. For a lymphatic-style routine, keep strokes light and consistent, always moving upward toward the nearest lymph areas.

Avoid broken or irritated skin. Do not use directly over varicose veins or bruising.
